Our server temporarily holds queued email while attempting delivery, for up to two days. Failed-delivery notifications may retain the original enquiry for operator investigation. This website does not create a separate submissions database.

Retention and requests

Enquiry emails and any delivery-failure records are reviewed and retained as needed to respond, maintain relevant correspondence and meet applicable obligations. There is no automatic mailbox deletion schedule. Use the contact form to request access, correction or removal of your enquiry data. We assess requests and any continuing need to retain records.

Technical data and spam prevention

The contact service uses your IP address temporarily to limit repeated submissions, with entries expiring after ten minutes of inactivity. Form contents are not included in routine application logs. The hosting and email systems may record technical delivery and security information needed to operate the service.

Cookies and third-party content

The website does not set application cookies, offer visitor accounts or comments, or use analytics. Styles, fonts, scripts and brand images are served from this site. Following an external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
